Host Your Church Event

Our church campus consists of a range of inviting spaces suited for meaningful gatherings. Although universally beautiful, it is not a space for public use. We do offer it up on occasion for use by other individuals and groups who wish to use it for Christ centered activities. We are located across the street from the Retreat at Mt Charleston, which offers lodging and food options for events. For more information, please contact us at events@mtcclv.org.

Sanctuary

Our Sanctuary ideal for meaningful gatherings such as
memorials, prayer services, or spiritual retreats.

• Comfortable seating for approximately 90 guests

• Guests are welcome to decorate, with certain limitations

• Elevated platform/podium for speakers

• No food or drinks permitted in the Sanctuary

• Natural lighting with scenic views

Fellowship Area

Located on the second floor, it can be configured for group gatherings, receptions, and workshops. It includes:

• An open 51 foot long layout allows for easy setup and movement, with bi-folding walls that can be opened or closed to create different room sizes and configurations

• Tables and chairs available for seating

• Kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, and microwave

• 2 Bathrooms, and showers

• Wi-Fi and electrical outlets for presentations or media needs

Outdoor Space

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Mount Charleston, this space is ideal for fellowship, reflection, and small gatherings.

• Flexible Space: Includes benches and open ground, making it ideal for custom setups and comfortably accommodating up to 100 adults

• Shade Options: No permanent shade structures; tents or canopies allowed without prior approval

• Limited Electricity: Electrical access is minimal—please plan accordingly

• Weather Awareness: Outdoor events must be scheduled with seasonal conditions in mind

• Respectful Use: Please help preserve the environment and natural setting

Café Coffee Station

A relaxed setting designed to encourage connection, conversation, and community. Conveniently located near the sanctuary and the kitchen for easy access and serving.

• Café-Style Seating: Comfortable café tables and chairs provide a welcoming space for fellowship, conversation, and casual gatherings

• Coffee Station: Two large Keurig coffee makers are set up and ready for use

Parking

We offer 33 convenient parking options to ensure ease of
access for all event guests.

• On-Site Parking: Ample parking is available on church
grounds for guests

• Overflow Options: Additional parking may be arranged
with advance notice, depending on the event size
