Host Your Church Event
Our church campus consists of a range of inviting spaces suited for meaningful gatherings. Although universally beautiful, it is not a space for public use. We do offer it up on occasion for use by other individuals and groups who wish to use it for Christ centered activities. We are located across the street from the Retreat at Mt Charleston, which offers lodging and food options for events. For more information, please contact us at events@mtcclv.org.
Available Spaces
Sanctuary
Our Sanctuary ideal for meaningful gatherings such as
memorials, prayer services, or spiritual retreats.
• Comfortable seating for approximately 75 guests
• Guests are welcome to decorate, with certain limitations
• Elevated platform/podium for speakers
• Equipped with monitors for presentations, sound
system and microphone access
• Natural lighting with scenic views
Fellowship Area
The same space can be reconfigured as a fellowship area. It can be configured for group gatherings, receptions,
and workshops. It includes:
• Open floor plan for easy setup and movement
• Tables and chairs available for seating and dining
• Kitchen access for food preparation and serving
• Restroom access nearby
• Wi-Fi and electrical outlets for presentations or media needs
Ideal for both small and medium-sized groups, the Fellowship Hall is a great choice for your next event.
Outdoor Space
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Mount Charleston, ideal for fellowship, reflection, or small gatherings.
• Flexible Space: Includes benches and open ground—great for custom setups.
• Shade Options: No permanent shade structures; tents or canopies allowed with prior approval.
• Limited Electricity: Electrical access is minimal—please plan accordingly.
• Weather Awareness: Outdoor events must be scheduled with seasonal conditions in mind.
• Respectful Use: Please help preserve the environment and natural setting.
Parking
We offer convenient parking options to ensure ease of
access for all event guests.
• On-Site Parking: Ample parking is available on church
grounds for guests.
• Accessible Parking: Designated spots are available for
individuals with disabilities.
• Overflow Options: Additional parking may be arranged
with advance notice, depending on the event size.
