The Foundation
of Our Faith
The foundation of our faith is the timeless truth of the Bible, which we believe to be the inspired Word of God. We are joined together as a body of people who believe that salvation is a gift from God, provided through the death and resurrection of Jesus. We are saved by His grace alone through faith in Jesus alone. Forgiveness and grace is available to everyone who calls on His Name, and we are committed to sharing this good news to our community.

Those of us who call Mt Charleston Church our home and have joined as members commit to:

• Live life with Jesus Christ in charge of everything
• Use the Bible as the basis for what we believe and do every day
• Follow the leaders of the church, as long as they follow God and the Bible
• Show love to one another
• Be one, not divided
• Get involved
We are not perfect at this for sure. But this is our ongoing aim, and with God’s help, we hope to get close.
